I think that in nearly all cases there is no down payment penalty with these loans, but read your documents carefully.
Some loans will certainly punish you an extra-prepayment punishment fee if you pay the loan early.
Anyone give me some comments about my question...

All i know is there is really no need to give the Debt Consolidation Loan for anyone who applies for it. Debt Consolidation loan is offered to strengthen someone’s Credibility of paying a debt so you can reapply another Loan. If there is really a rule attached to the contract for an extra-prepayment for early payment of loan then the Company must reconsider their Contract.
